SILHOUETTE® SUTURE LIFT is an innovative technology that offers something no other treatment in the past has offered so simply: a more defined face, recovery of volume lost by the face and reduction of wrinkles in a timeframe of approximately 30 minutes. These results last around 18 months.

Silhouette® Suture Lift consists of absorbable threads. It is manufactured in the United States and is based on six years of research into suspension sutures used in reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery.

It is a treatment tailored and adapted to your needs and desires. Silhouette® Suture Lift can be used as a single or combined treatment with fillers and Botox optimizing the aesthetic effect.

The lifting effect is immediate and discrete. It is the result of tissue compression and elevation at the time the suture is put in place and traction of the skin is achieved.

After inserting the suture, the doctor applies light pressure on the treatment area. The regenerative effect is gradual and natural: Polylactic acid (PLA), the main component of the Silhouette® Suture Lift, is a polymer known for many years in medicine (sutures, orthopedic pins, screws and nails used for bone fractures are all made of PLA).

SILHOUETTE® Suture Lift is recommended for men and women who are 30 years of age or more, who are trying to combat signs of aging and who do not want more invasive procedures performed on them (but who are looking for natural but effective results).

Treatment with the Silhouette® Suture Lift is suitable for all skin types - testing for allergic reactions were negative in clinical studies.

However, it not recommended to use Silhouette® Suture Lift if you are allergic or have sensitivity to foreign materials which are biocompatible.

No special preparation prior to treatment with Silhouette® Suture Lift is needed.

However, we recommend that you talk to your doctor about your expectations and any doubts you may have before starting treatment. Tell the doctor about any treatments you have already done and any medication you are taking.

AThe application of Silhouette® Suture Lift must be performed by a physician who has undergone specific training.

Approximately 30 minutes are needed for SILHOUETTE© Suture Lift to be performed. After a small amount of local anaesthetic is injected, the physician will insert a thread under the skin approximately 3-5 mm in depth.

No visible incisions are made as the thread is inserted with the help of a fine needle. After this, the physician performs a slight compression of the thread to manually achieve the desired lifting effect

One or more sutures can be applied depending on the patient and the treatment area.
